02 Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

• Join our list or waitlist — your email address, so we can send event announcements, discounts, and community updates.
• Book the studio — booking details such as your name, email, phone number, requested dates and times, and any notes you provide through our scheduling provider.

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by us or our service providers, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This helps us keep the Site secure and understand how it is used.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details directly through this Site. Any payments are processed by our booking and payment providers.

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to protect your information.

06 Third-Party Services

We rely on a few third-party providers to run the Site and our services. Each has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them:

• Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) — powers our online booking. Information you enter to book is processed by Acuity. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
• Pabbly Connect — processes and routes submissions from our contact and list-signup forms. See the Pabbly Privacy Policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA — helps protect our contact form from spam and abuse. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the Site, which may involve your browser requesting resources from Google.

Our Site may also link to third-party platforms such as Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

07 SMS Text Messaging

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Meraki Studio Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@merakichatt.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

08 Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, manage your bookings, or send updates you have requested — and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. • Email preferences — you can unsubscribe from our updates at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.
• Access & deletion — you may request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions.

We will never charge you for making a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
